2 lbs Sweet potatoes
Apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp water
1/8 tsp salt
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes w/skins on 10-15 minutes or until fork tender. Peel and slice round in 1/2" thick pieces. Slice apples. Layer in greased 9x12 casserole dish (alternate potato-apple-potato). Make 3 layers adding salt, pepper, brown sugar and dots of butter to each layer.

Glaze: In 1qt measuring cup, add 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp butter, 1tbsp water and 1/8 tsp salt. Microwave until melted. Stir and pour over casserole. Bake casserole 20-30 minutes at 350.
