1 lb. asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1/4-1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
1) In saucepan, cook asparagus in small amount of water until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes.
2) Drain well and place in large bowl.
3) Combine the soy sauce, oil, vinegar, sugar, sesame seeds, ginger, and cumin.
4) Pour over asparagus and toss to coat.
5) Cover and chill 1 hour.
6) Drain before serving.
