1 c. crisco
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
a c. sour cream
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking powder
2 c. sifted plain flour
1/2 c. nuts
4 T. brown sugar
1/4 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream 1 c. crisco, 2 c. sugar, and 2 eggs.

Mix 1 c. sour cream, 1 t. vanilla, and 1 t. baking powder and fold into crisco, sugar and egg mixture.

Mix together 1 t. baking power, and 2 c. sifted plain flour. Add to the mixture above.

Pour 1/2 of combined mixture into oblong greased and floured pan. Have ready the 1/2 c. nuts, 4 t. brown sugar and 1/4 t. cinnamon and sprinkle on first half of batter. Add rest of batter and sprinkle remainder of nut mixture on top. Bake at 325º until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
