1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
1 can Mexicorn (do not drain)
1 can Rotel tomatoes (do not drain)
Velveeta cheese
1 cornbread recipe

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain off grease, then mix with taco seasoning, corn and Rotel. Pour into 13X9X2" greased casserole dish. Slice Velveeta cheese and put on top of hamburger mixture. Make cornbread as directed and pour on top of cheese. Bake at 350º until cornbread is done.
