1 lb pizza dough
1 lb sweet Italian sausage
2 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
1 egg white
1 tbsp parsley (chopped fresh on day)
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 chopped onion & pepper ( optional)
Garlic Powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage in olive oil, after removing from casing. Drain and put in mixing bowl. Saute peppers & onions - add to sausage. Add to bowl: 2 eggs, cheeses, parsley, basil, and garlic powder. Mix ingredients together.

Roll out dough - which has risen slightly. Brush dough with egg white thinned with water. Spread sausage mix on dough. Roll up dough like a jelly roll. Seal with egg white and pinch ends.

Bake seam side down at 375º for 45 minutes (until brown). Let cool and slice.
