2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. lean pork
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 pt. whipping cream
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 medium onions, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Pour whipping cream over bread crumbs and let stand for about 30 minutes. Chop onions fine and saute in butter until soft.

Mix all ingredients together and form into small meatballs.

Bake at 350º - 375º, until light brown. Save juice and pour over meatballs.

Note: If you buy meat at Ingelbretsens in Minneapolis, have them grind meat 2 - 3 times.
