╝ of a cup of rice for each veggie
hamburger meat
parsley
garlic
onions
pinch of cinnamon
parmesan cheese
basil
olive oil
halepineo
tamale

Directions:
Directions:
1) cut top off the veggies
2) scrape all the veggies from inside
3) saute onion, garlic, halepenio, tamale let cool a little
4) brush each veggie shell with olive oil and coat with Parmesan cheese not too much
5) combine all the ingredients together
a. veggie scrapings
b. sautÚ stuff
c. remaining ingredients
6) put in vegetables scrapings
7) bake for 350 until the tops are brown
