3 medium bananas
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
2 eggs
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Spray bottom of a loaf pan with cooking spray.

Peel bananas and mash until almost smooth. Heat butter on stove over low heat until melted. Add melted butter, eggs, sugar, buttermilk, and vanilla to the banana mash. Stir until mixed.

Add the flour baking soda, and salt to the wet mixture. Combine all ingredients thoroughly, then pour batter into loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until toothpick poked in center comes out clean. Cool bread in pan for five minutes.
