1 stick of butter
3 8 oz. cans of minced or chopped clams
1 can of flat anchovy fillets
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
Oregano
16 oz. package of linguine
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the linguine until al dente. While the linguine is cooking, melt the butter and add two cans of undrained clams Drain the third can of clams, reserving the liquid, and add the clams to the sauce. Use saved liquid, if needed, for taste. In a small pan, melt the anchovies in their own oil until they liquefy. Add the anchovies, garlic and oregano to the clam sauce and heat through. Drain the pasta, add the sauce and top with Parmesan cheese to taste.
