1 clove of garlic, cut into fourths
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper
Romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 egg
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup seasoned croutons
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
6 anchovy fillets

Directions:

Marinate garlic in oil for 30 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper. Discard the garlic pieces and toss with the lettuce. Whisk the egg and add to the salad. Add the lemon juice and toss again. Add croutons and cheese and garnish with the anchovies.
