1 10-oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 loaf Pumpernickel bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first five ingredients. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Hollow out loaf by cutting out center to make bowl for dip. Fill with spinach mixture. Cut removed bread into chunks for dipping or spreading.
