1 can artichokes
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chop artichokes. Place in bottom of quiche dish. Cover with parmesan, then spread on mayonnaise. Use rubber spatula.

Bake at 325 until bubbly. Serve with crackers.
