1-1/2 lb. beef cubes
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 can condensed beef bouillon
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. flour
4-1/2 c. noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef and onion in butter. Add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer one hour, or until meat is tender. Add mushrooms.

Combine sour cream and flour. Blend with meat mixture. Cook five minutes. Cook noodles. Serve over noodles.
