1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
Chopped parsley
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. romano cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Add water to batter to desired thickness

Mix all ingredients. Dip sliced vegetable in batter and deep fry slices in Crisco.
