3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 12 pieces)
2/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. salsa
1/4 c,. honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
` tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F
Trim visible fat from chicken. Arrange in a single layer in 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.
In med bowl, combine ketchup, salsa, honey, Dijon mustard, chili powder and cumin until well blended. Pour over chicken. Turn pieces to coat both sides.
Bake uncovered 45 mins. When chicken is done, remove to serving platter and keep warm. Pour sauce into small pot, skimming off fat. In small bowl, mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water until smooth. Add to sauce. Bring to boil, and cook until thickened. Pour sauce over chicken.
