3.4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp butter/margarine, melted

3 c. peeled, sliced Granny Smith apples
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
1 1/2 c. sliced rhubarb
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Preheat oven to 375F
Combine all topping ingredients in a medium bowl until resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
Spray an 11 x 8 inch shallow baking dish with non-stick spray. Combine all fruit ingredients in the baking dish. Sprinkle topping over fruit. Bake, uncovered, 35-40 mins. until fruit is tender and topping golden. Best served warm or at room temperature.
