1 well beaten egg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. corn starch
1/3 c. milk
1 stick margarine
2 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. chocolate extract
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer bowl, beat egg very well then set aside. In a saucepan, blend sugar and corn starch. add milk over medium heat. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil 2 more minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in margerine, peanut butter and chocolate extract. Return to heat and stir until very thick. Pour into pan. Let cool then cut.
