3 lbs. ground beef
2 pkgs of Southwest Blend frozen vegetables (corn, black beans, peppers)
2- 15oz. cans of black beans
2 to 4- 15oz. cans of red kidney beans (including water in the bean cans)
2- 8oz. cans tomato sauce
5 Tbsp sugar

Thoroughly brown ground beef in large sauce pan. Add vegetables, black beans, and kidney beans. Add the 2 cans of tomato sauce, along with 2 cans of water using the left-over tomato sauce cans. Add sugar and let simmer for 1 hour.

30 minutes for brown meat and add other ingredients; 1 hour to simmer
