Ingredients:  
2 lb. ground beef may mix beef & pork or veal
1 c. oats
1 1/4 c. milk
1 beaten egg
1 small minced onion
2 tsp. season salt or mixture of garlic, onion & celery salt.
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. sage
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread in ungreased loaf pan. Top with the tomato sauce. Bake in oven at 350 F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. It is good to put baked potatoes in the oven with this.
