2 lb. round or Swiss steak, cut 1/2" thick
salt &pepper to taste
1 large onion sliced
1 large can of stewed tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
1 can of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Layer steak and onions  in crock pot. Pour mixture of stewed tomatoes and 1 can of mushroom soup and pour over the layered steak.  Cover  and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
(You can substitute Red beans if you like)
