Beef Soup Recipe

1-2 lbs. lean chuck beef cut into cubes
1/2 cup flour
2 T oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2/3 cup celery
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 can beef consume
3/4 cup water
1 can stewed tomatoes
4 medium potatoes
4 carrots

Coat beef with flour and brown in oil. Add onion and garlic and cook until they are softened. Drain the fat. Add the remaining ingredients except tomatoes, potatoes and carrots. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour. Add tomatoes, potatoes and carrot cook until vegetables are done.
Crock pot:
After meat is browned add all remaining ingredients . Cook on low 6 - 8 hours.
