Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 c. Velveeta cheese cut in cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped green chili

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Brown ground meat; drain. Cook rice as directed on package. Mix all ingredients together in a square pan 8X8. Feel free to double or triple it for more people! Everyone loves it! Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Take out, stir up and enjoy! It is a rule in my house that you HAVE to eat it with tortillia chips! You eat it like a dip. Also good with salsa!
