2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 c. grated onion
1-1/2 c. medium grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
6 or 8 boiled potatoes (peel & grate)

Directions:

In a 9x13" pan mix first five ingredients together then stir in potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake @ 300º for 25 mins. or until hot.
