18 cups of well-drained sauerkraut
6 eggs
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
5 lbs. ground pork, cooked and drained
9 cups finely diced ham
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. parmesan cheese
1 c. sugar
1tbsp. white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in large bowl. Place mixture in the freezer for one hour Remove from freezer and roll into 2" balls.

Dip each ball in an egg wash and roll in bread crumbs. Choose the number of balls you want and refrigerate or freeze the rest.

Dip balls in deep fryer or skillet filled with hot oil for 8 minutes. Serve.
