Directions:
Beat butter at medium speed until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to butter alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour. Mix at low speed after each
addition, just until blended. Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured 12-cup bundt pan. Combine apples, walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon and spoon over batter in pan, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the center and outer edges. Add remaining batter. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes on wire rack. Remove from pan and cool completely. Drizzle with cream cheese glaze and store in refrigerator. For the glaze: Beat cream cheese at medium speed until fluffy. Add milk, vanilla and salt. Beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar gradually, beating until smooth.
