1 qt. buttermilk ( can make by adding 1 T. of lemon juice to each 2 c. of milk)
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
3 c .sugar
5 c. flour
6 c. bran flakes cereal
raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients well and then add remaining ingredients. Store in fridge for up to 6 weeks. Bake as needed at 350 F degrees for 15 minutes.
