Ingredients:  
1/2 head iceburg lettuce, shredded
1 medium cauliflower cut into small little flowerets
chopped onion (optional)
8-10 slices of fried bacon, crisp and broken into small pieces

Dressing:
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise (preferably Hellmans!)

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in a medium bowl; lettuce, cauliflower, onion (optional) and bacon. Mix dressing and pour on top. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. Right before serving add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and toss together.
