2 cups sugar
4 1/2 T. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
pinch salt
1 c. nuts
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Icing:
4 T. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
4 T. butter
1/4-1/2 c. milk, as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa, flour, eggs, salt . Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 for 25 minutes. Combine 1 cup nuts and 1 can Eagle Brand Milk. Spread over brownies. Bake 15 additional minutes or until brown.
