5 T. margarine
5 T. flour
3 c. milk
3 c. water
1/2 ham bouillon cube (pastilla de caldo de jamon)
18 slices of processed cheese
Cooked, cubed potatoes, ham, broccoli or cauliflower, or even cooked macaroni and hot dogs

Melt margarine in large cooking pot over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Add milk, water and bouillon cube. Return to heat and cook, stirring often, until near boiling. Add cheese and stir frequently until cheese is melted. Add vegetables and meat and cook until they are heated through. Serves 7-8.
