Oriental Ramen Salad Recipe

1 Medium head nappa cabbage
6 Scallions - chopped
2 Packages of Ramen Noodles(save 1 packet for dressing)
1/2 Cup unsalted sunflower kernals
1 Small package slivered almonds

1/2 Cup salad oil
1/4 Cup white vinegar
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Seasoning packet from noodles

Break noodles into small pieces and brown with almonds and sunflower seeds in butter
Set aside and cool to room temperature
Whisk dressing ingredients together until sugar is dissolved
Toss everything together just before serving
