3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini, wash- don't peel.
1/2 c. chopped nuts- optional
1/2 c. raisins-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Grease 2 pans and pour mixture into them and bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes.
Cool completely and remove from pans.
