FILLING:
1-1/2 c. ricotta
4 8-oz. cream cheese packages
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. milk
4 tbsp. lemon juice
8 egg yolks and 8 egg whites
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

CRUST
4 pkgs. graham crackers
1 c. sugar
4 sticks butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the ricotta, cream cheese, and sour cream. Add all ingredients, remembering to beat and fold in the egg whites last.

Combine crust ingredients and place in bottom of 9x13x2 pan. Add liquid ingredients on top of crust, and bake at 350 until done.
