Ingredients:  
1 Lb. ground chicken breast
6 Tsp. ginger, grated
20 Basil leaves, chopped
1 Cup lemon juice
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
3 Tsp. sesame oil
3 Tsp. red pepper flakes
1 Onion, thinly sliced
2-3 Tbsp. toasted rice, ground

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pan over medium heat
Add 2-3 tbsp. of raw brown rice and toast for a few minutes until golden
Remove from heat
Heat pan over medium-high heat
Add 6 tbsp. of water, add ground chicken, ginger, half the basil leaves, half the lemon juice, and half of the soy sauce
Cook until done and remove to a mixing bowl
Add onion, basil, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and the remaining lemon juice, soy sauce, and basil
Mix well
Serve warm or cold
