12 eggs
2 sticks butter
2 cakes yeast
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. water to dissolve yeast
1 tbsp. salt
6 cups grated Roman cheese (1/2 lb. = 2 cups)
8 cups sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs and add the melted, cooled butter. Mix in salt. Add milk, water and dissolved yeast, and sugar. Mix. Fold in cheese and flour.

Raise once for about 6-8 hours, then form the dough into a load. Pan it, and let it rise again for about 3-4 hours.

Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
