2 10-oz. boxes frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheddar
2 beaten eggs
Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli as directed. Add all ingredients, except for Ritz cracker crumbs.

Top casserole with the crumbs, and bake at 350 until done.
