1 lb. almond paste
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. white sugar
4 tbsp. flour
Pine nuts to preference
3 stiff egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour cookie sheets.

Mix ingredients in order.

Roll dough into small logs, and press pine nuts into the logs. Slice logs into cookies. Set out overnight, covered with a tea towel.

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
