"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Grease a 3 qt. casserole dish. In a large skillet, saute beef and onion over medium-high heat until meat is brown and onion is translucent, about 10 minutes. Mix spices into tomato sauce, then add to beef and onion mixture. Add remaining ingredients and put all in casserole. Mix Jiffy cornbread by box directions and spread on top of casserole. Bake 20-25 minutes or until cornbread is browned on top.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I love this casserole but Bobby hates beans, which takes a lot out of this recipe in my opinion. I even tried tricking him by liquefying black beans in a blender and mixing into the meat mixture. It still tasted good but I didn't fool Bobby.
