2 lbs. ground meat (beef, pork, or a combination)
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 pt. tomato puree
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, preferably in pressure cooker, but not necessary. Drain grease and use it to brown onion. Add two cloves of garlic to onion. Add other ingredients, then add meat.

If you use a pressure cooker, make sure you bring the sauce to a rolling boil before placing the lid on, then cook for 10 minutes.

If you cook stove top, cook in a kettle. When the meat is done, the sauce is ready.
