Pie Pumpkin (small round pumpkin)
1 1/3 cup sweet condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 egg
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp clove
1 cup hot water

prepare a 9" pie shell

Directions:
Cut pumpkin in 1/2 without stem. Scoop out seeds and strings. Place cut side down on foil lined baking sheet. Cover with foil. Bake 350º until tender, about 45 - 60 minutes. Let cool., scoop out flesh and mash until smooth. Drain excess water.

Add all ingredients and beat together until smooth. Pour into 9" pie shell. Bake @ 375º for 55 - 60 minutes. (Center will still move slightly.) Cool and enjoy.
