1- 10 cent heavy duty balloon
1 qt. frozen concentrated grape juice
3 qts. water
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 cake or packet of yeast

Directions:
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Mix yeast in small amount of water until well dissolved. Mix water, juice and yeast mix together. Add sugar and stir until all dissolved. Pour into 1 gal. milk jug. Put balloon on top of jug. Leave for 4 weeks.

Many times I would see the milk jugs in the top cabinet with balloons on top at various stages of inflation. I think a few were known to have the balloons explode off! I never tasted Pops wine but I am pretty sure he liked it because he made it often!
