3 lbs. ground gar fish
1 bundle chopped parsley
1 bundle chopped green onions
flour
cooking oil
2 lbs. Irish potatoes
2 yellow onions
red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender. peel and mash well. grind gar fish and put in large bowel. add mashed potatoes, onions, green onions and parsley. Add red pepper.
