2 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion
2 envelopes enchilada sauce mix
2 cans tomato sauce
3 packs white tortilla's
1 pack shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown about two pounds hamburger meat with one onion till all the red is out. Drain grease off. Add two envelopes of enchiladas sauce and the two cans of tomato sauce. Put aside.
Put water and a bit of oil in a pan. Add tortilla's one at a time to soften.
Add about two 2 tbsp. of sauce to each tortilla and roll. After you fill a pan of it you put remaining sauce over all of it with the grated cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes.
