3 cups sour cream
2 1/2 cups. sugar
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 cup raisins, chopped
1/8 tsp ground cloves
5 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Beat egg yolks, add sugar, flour or cornstarch, sour cream, and rest of ingredients. Cook in a double boiler until thick. Pour into baked pastry shells. This pie may be topped with either meringue or whipped cream.
