1 can solid white albacore tuna
1 can chow mein noodles
Cashews
5 stalks sliced celery
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Butter lettuce or lettuce of your choice
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Moisten tuna, celery, onions, and water chestnuts with mayonnaise. Just before serving add the chow mein noodles and cashews (this will prevent them from getting soggy when mixed with the rest of the ingredients). Place on a bed of lettuce and serve.

This is one of my favorite potluck dishes. It is incredibly easy to prepare, can be thrown together at the last minute, and very tasty.
