2 ripe bananas, peeled
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon topping:
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter or margerine

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas until smooth (should have 1 cup); set aside. Sift together flours, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg and allspice; set aside. Combine honey and oil in mixing bowl; add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add flour mixture and mashed bananas alternately, beginning and ending with flour. Pour batter into oiled 8-inch cake pan. Combine cinnamon topping ingredients; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 6 servings.
