1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon topping:
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine cinnamon topping ingredients; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 6 servings.
