1 lg. head cabbage shredded
2 carrots grated
1 onion finely chopped
3/4 c vinegar
1 T salt
1 T celery salt
3/4 c salad oil
1 1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for dressing and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture over cabbage, carrot and onion mixture. Cover with a plate to weigh down. Pour off excess liquid before serving. Reserve liquid to store left - overs.
