1 can blackeyed peas
1 can white corn
1 can black beans
1 c. celery
1 c. green peppers
1 c. red onion
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain the blackeyed peas, white corn, and black beans and put in a large bowl. Chop the celery, green peppers, and red onion and add to the bowl. Mix the vegetable oil, white vinegar, and sugar together and pour over top. Refrigerate overnight and drain before serving.
