3 cups coffee granular (Instant coffee works too)
6 cups sugar
2 cups Vodka (least expensive kind)
3 cups distilled water
1 1/2 vanilla beans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water, but do not boil. Add sugar and coffee. Cool. Add Vodka. Pour into a gallon bottle. Split vanilla beans in half length wise and place in bottle. Mamaw ties beans with a piece of twine and suspends upright. She leaves enough twine to hang out of bottle and screw on lid. Store in brown paper bag in a dark cool place for 30 days.
