Directions:
Wash and steam potatoes over medium heat. Chill potatoes 4-6 hours or overnight. Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2" - 1" cubes. Finely chop onions. peel and chop eggs. Layer potatoes, onions and eggs salting and peppering each layer.
In a separate bowl combine, mayo, mustard, MSG and sugar. Test for flavor, it should be strong. Add dressing to potatoes. The salad should have plenty of dressing as the potatoes will absorb it. Cover and Chill. Garnish with sliced egg and paprika.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is grandma Peterson's famous potato salad. It took me years to duplicate her recipe, as she would just show me how it was done. The secret is steaming the potatoes, I use my vegetable steamer, and using Best Foods Mayonnaise.
