8 oz cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise ( light is okay)
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 small jar artichoke hearts drained and chopped
8 oz chopped frozen spinach ( thawed and drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Spread in an 8x8 shallow baking dish. Bake at 400 about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers.
